Fashion Magazine "RUMOR" is a Present Item in Scarlet Nexus. Presents in Scarlet Nexus are an assortment of various Items that could be gifted to Companions in the Hideout to boost the character's relationships. These could be purchased or obtained from various Locations and are used to increase bonds just like Bond Episodes. A good companion relationship allows the player to also have a better SAS Ability Level. Gifts usually have an appropriate designated recipient who would appreciate the present more than others might, therefore some presents can only be gifted to that particular Character. Gifts that are given will also be displayed at the hideout.
This monthly magazine is popular with teens. It covers fashion trends and cosmetic. Sometimes it collaborates with fashion brands to give away promotional goods. There are competitions to biu them when they go on sale. This month has a sparkly sticker vision form "fURaway."

- Found in Yuito's playthrough, in Phase 2, Days of Disquieting Stagnation (Abandoned Subway)
- After the cutscene where you meet up with Naomi Randall and you are tasked to reach Point Alpha. After defeating all three enemies, head into the next section and make your way to point alpha. But before doing so, make sure to check the section on the east side of the mini-map, there are x2 Saws Paws, defeat both enemies and pick up the resource item that's nearby to find x1 Fashion Magazine "RUMOR".
