Hanabi Ichijo is a Companion in Scarlet Nexus. Hanabi Ichijo can fight alongside either one of the game's Main Characters: Yuito Sumeragi or Kasane Randall. Hanabi Ichijo harnesses the Pyscho-Kinetic Ability; Pyrokinesis and specializes in wielding the weapon; Torch. Companions play an integral role in Scarlet Nexus since they can combine their powers to unleash powerful, unique, and deadly attacks to take down their foes.

Background
A childhood friend of Yuito who has a cheerful and energetic personality. She despises injustice and is a hard worker, and always acts before thinking. Although being reckless in other people's perspectives, she is a very gentle and caring person which sometimes makes her hide her real characteristics.
Although being from the same school as Yuito, she got scouted in a training school for the OSF. For people like Yuito who enlisted themselves for the OSF, as their training facilities are not the same they were separated. After a long period of time when they officially join the OSF, they finally meet one another again.
A girl who is bright and energetic. She was Yuito's childhood friend and is a hard worker who does everything to the best of her ability. She hates injustice and acts before thinking, rushing headlong into things. On the other hand, she is kind at her core and tends to suppress her true feelings as to not trouble those around her.
She originally attended the same school as Yuito but moved to the training academy after she was scouted by the OSF. Scouted recruits and volunteers are trained at different facilities, so the two didn't see each other for a while, but were reunited when they became official OSF members.
Her behavior clearly indicates she loves Yuito, but as he did not notice that and have no interest in her (except as in friend) she is not expressing her feelings.
How to Recruit Hanabi Ichijo
- In the Demo, Hanabi Ichijo was featured as one of the companions on the Yuito Arc.
- In Yuito's playthrough, Hanabi automatically joins the party during the quest Trusting the Path to the Future (Kikuchiba) in Phase 1.
