Hero Figure Vol. 1 is a Present Item in Scarlet Nexus. Presents in Scarlet Nexus are an assortment of various Items that could be gifted to Companions in the Hideout to boost the character's relationships. These could be purchased or obtained from various Locations and Satori the Archivist and are used to increase bonds just like Bond Episodes. A good companion relationship allows the player to also have a better SAS Ability Level. Gifts usually have an appropriate designated recipient who would appreciate the present more than others might, therefore some presents can only be gifted to that particular Character. Gifts that are given will also be displayed at the hideout.
These action figures are made in collaboration with the people's protectors, the OSF, and NDF. The NDF soldier is bravely holding a weapon. An OSF member stands prepared. The production was strictly supervised by both organizations and apparently took en years to complete.

Some presents have indicated whether characters will really appreciate the present with a heart icon . Characters marked with the heart will highly value the gift and will further increase your bond more than it might other characters.

- Found in Yuito's playthrough, in Phase 5, A Changed World and Creeping Unease, outside the lobby.
- Proceed behind the lobby and you'll find yourself outside the hospital where you'll encounter a new Other enemy, the Barrista Santa. You can also find an item here at the center of the outside area which is x1 Hero Figure Vol. 1.
