Musubi is an NPC in Scarlet Nexus. NPCs are characters who can be interacted with in your journey and also add contrast to the game's lore, where some NPCs provide information, grants unique quests, while others are categorized as Merchants or Blacksmiths whom you can trade with or request for certain services.
The passwords are encrypted codes hidden in 13 different scenes. I don't know much more than that.

Background
Musubi is the owner of Suoh City's cafe, Musubi's. Her shop becomes available from Phase 2 onwards and usually, this is where Bond Episodes cutscenes take place. You can also travel here at your own discretion. Simpy open the World Map and select Musubi's to travel there.
What are Musubi Codes?
At some point in the game, Musubi will send you a password via Brain Messages, and giving her that password grants you a reward. Meaning that you need to look out for these codes in-game, especially in the upcoming Anime. There is a special quest for these "Hidden Codes" that is tied to the Scarlet Nexus anime. Players will need to watch out for each episode and to specifically look out for Mimi who will reveal these codes. Upon acquiring it, players can provide these to Musubi in exchange for a special reward.
