Background
Cullen Travers is the commander of the 2nd Regiment of the OSF Army, as well as the order of the 1st Class of Septentrions. Cullen is known to be untalkative, self-confident, and prefers to keep his conversations short, which tends to make people look at him as being arrogant. Despite all these, his overwhelming charisma and strength are irresistible assets that many members of the OSF admire.
Cullen is Luka's older brother and they have lived together as siblings without their parents. He is also good friends with the commander of the 1st Regiment of the OSF Army, Fubuki Spring, whom he graduated in the same class - granted when the two are working together, they are known to be the matchless duo of the OSF.
