Dispen Perry is a Boss in Scarlet Nexus. Dispen Perry will be the first boss encounter in Mizuhagawa District when playing Yurito. It is a major Other that thas a water tank on its back that allows it to shoot projectiles causing damage and the ability to Soak characters. Bosses are special Enemies that are uniquely named and must be defeated in order to unlock new areas, to progress the game, and to obtain various rewards. Dispen Perry Location
- Dispen Perry will first be located in the 3rd floor of the Mizuhagawa District, The Phantom Capital Project when playing with Kasane Randall in the Demo. This major Other will be located at the end of the course after reaching the end goal objective point.

Strategy Writeup
The Dispen Perry has two initial major attack types, a melee side slash and a ranged projectile attack that will shoot from its water-cannon tank. This will cause players to be affected with the Status Ailment: Soaked, which can be cured with the Normalization Tablet. It only uses its front arms to perform the side swipe attacks, so avoid this area in general by remaining directly on its sides or keeping behind its arm range.
- During combat, players will receive a Tip: Pull down the special obbect" dump truck" from above with (LT) and slam it into the Other. You will need precise timing.
The NPC prompts will suggest paying attention to the tank on the Dispen Perry's back. Use the Psychokinesis Powers to hurl objects at the tank so that it releases its contents and temporarily stuns the Other while it is Soaked. This gives players an opportunity to use Shiden's powers with SAS since a creature under the Status Ailment: Soaked becomes more susceptible to SAS: Electrokinesis. This will also put the Dispen Perry under this Status Ailment: Shocked.
During its next wave of attacks, the Dispen Perry will be able to do a spin attack which does a radial damage within a short range, a leap attack that can be avoided when it charges up, and it will also be able to spit three projectile attacks at once.
Position yourself to the area right below the "Dump Truck" and observe the Dispen Perry's moves patiently. As it performs its leap attack towards you, run or dodge to the side to avoid. As the Dispen Perry lands from the leap attack, it will remain on its belly while flopping its legs for several seconds. Take this golden opportunity to interact with the truck above to pull down with Kasane's Psychokinesis, which would completely crush the Dispen Perry, instantly winning the battle.
